1 person detained for assaulting Republican Party leaders - MIA

One person detained in connection with the attack on Republican Party leaders Khatuna Samnidze and David Berdzenishvili. The arrested person is Irakli Khomasuridze.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation is ongoing under Article 126, which pertains to violence.

Samnidze and Berdzenishvili were attacked by 2 unknown men on Rustaveli Avenue and were verbally and physically abused.
