A new public school for 120 students is being built in Abastumani. The building of modern standards will be fully equipped with all relevant teaching resources and modern infrastructure. The building is also designed for students with special needs.

The works started in the spring of this year and should be completed in November 2023. The construction works were inspected by the Minister of Education.
