Ihor Terekhov, the Mayor of Kharkiv, reported that the invaders fired on Saltivka neighbourhood, writes Ukrainska Pravda.

There is an intense fire in a residential building at the site of strike. Early reports indicate that seven people have been killed.

“Another attack on the Saltivka neighbourhood. According to preliminary information, the strike [landed] next to a residential high-rise apartment building. Be careful, follow the rule of two walls [which is much safer for people when taking cover during the shooting]”, - writes Terekhov.
