From today, July 3, motorcar owners will be permitted to dim the front windows of their vehicles up to 60% without the consent of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Rear windows can be tinted darker than the front windows. However, the limit stands at 75%.

The 40% limit acted previously for front windows before the amendment was made at the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs.
