Judge Natia Gudadze, based on the reached plea agreement, has decided that Omar Okribelashvili and Saba Mepharishvili, who were detained during the May protests, will remain in prison for an additional 10 months.

Activists were charged under Article 187 of the Criminal Code of Georgia [damage to property, specifically for allegedly collectively damaging a 400-GEL fence near the Parliament].

The Prosecutor’s Office accused them of this act. Both individuals have already been in custody for 8 months.
