Georgian para athlete Vladimir Tchintcharauli won silver in a 50-metre rifle shooting at Paralympic Games Paris 2024.

He scored 248.2 points in the mixed 50 metre rifle prone category and finished behind Dragan Ristić [Serbia] to earn the medal.

Georgian athletes have won three other medals at the Games - 1 gold [Giga Ochkhikidze, men’s shot put F53] and 2 bronze [Ana Japaridze, para taekwondo; Nino Tibilashvili, wheelchair fencing].

Georgia has 14 athletes competing in six different sports at the Paris Paralympics.
