The fact of illegal harvesting of timber by employees of Shida Kartli forestry service was revealed. In the village of Khtsis, Khashuri district, in the territory of the registered sawmill installed in the homestead of the offender, 20 cubic meters of pine sawn timber and 31 cubic meters of primary processing product - planks were found.

An act of administrative offense protocol was drawn up on the fact against the violator. The registered sawmill was sealed. The materials have been forwarded to the relevant agency for further response.
