Constitutional Court of Georgia accepts President’s appeal

The Constitutional Court of Georgia accepted the President’s appeal for deliberation on alleged violations of the constitutional principles of vote secrecy and universal suffrage during the recent parliamentary elections. Eka Beselia filed Salome Zourabichvili’s lawsuit in court yesterday.

Besides, 30 MPs also filed a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court yesterday, November 19, but their complaint has not yet been received.
