As the lawyer said, in this case it was not possible to correctly determine the actions for which Kirtadze should be held accountable.

On November 16, at the session of the CEC, the representative of the National Movement, David Kirtadze, painted black paint on the Chairman of the CEC, Giorgi Kalandarishvili.
