The search at sports commentator Sandro Tsnobiladze’s house was carried out based on the complaint of the injured woman and a court order. Such a statement made Vasil Kakashvili, investigator of the Special Investigation Service [SIS]

“The investigation is underway based on the victim’s complaint regarding the illegal acquisition of intimate photos depicting private life. The victim pointed to the individual with whom we conducted the search. Additionally, the information received from META matches the address from which a person was unlawfully acquiring intimate photo materials using a fake “account”, - explained Vasil Kakashvili.

For the context: the SIS carried out a search at Sandro Tsnobiladze’s house for several hours. According to the existing information, the investigative actions are related to the illegal acquisition of intimate materials depicting private life. An attorney also attended the search process. Tsnobiladze himself links this to his active participation in protest rallies.
