The Head of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Merab Gamkrelidze, together with his Deputy Head David Ardazishvili, visited the base of the Special Detachment Unit and attended a demonstration of tactical training exercises.

During the exercises, Unit officers carried out various types of special operations, tactical activities, and simulated field assignments in firearms training.

Merab Gamkrelidze familiarized himself with the specifics of the unit’s activities and work processes, and also inspected the vehicle fleet at the Unit`s disposal.
