Georgian "Democratic initiative" files an appeal in the Constitutional court today. NGO demands to recognize unconstitutional Article 4 of Criminal Procedure Code.

The NGO lawyers claimed that all of them are grossly violate Article 42 of the Constitution.

One of the regulations, the abolition of which the Democratic Initiative requires, significantly restricts the actions of the lawyers.
