Supreme Court appointed hearing on Rustavi2"s case

The issue if the Supreme Court accepts Rustavi2"s cassation appeal for discussion will be decided on September 5.
Rustavi2 has been informed that the Supreme Court will discuss an admissibility of the complaint without the oral hearing on September 5.

The three-judge panel will review the case. The judges are : Eka Gasitashvili, Besarion Alavidze, Paata Katamadze.
