308 506 voters to elect Supreme Council and Parliament members in Adjara

Like in other regions of of Georgia , the polling stations were opened in Adjara a few minutes ago. According to Supreme Election Commision (SEC) data, 308 506 voters are registered in Adjara. There are 348 districts, including one special precinct.

Today, members of the Parliament, as well as members of the Council are elected. As SEC Chairman Parmen Jalagania said, specifically for this reason ballot papers were printed in different colors

The elections in Adjara will be observed by 7 local and one international observer mission.
