The prohibition of hate speech is one of regulations, which is expected to be recorded in the EU association document.

The Georgian side has to end the work on the final version by the end of November and then sent the document to Brussels, but exactly what is written in the 4-year plan of cooperation with the EU is not known.

NGOs have not seen the draft version of the document either. They were summoned to the MFAbut were not shown the document.

After the Government sends the final version to the European Union on December 2, it will be impossible to make changes or amendments. Civil sector are going to address the European Union with a request to get familarized with the content of the document.
