NGOs are preparing for observation of the second round of elections -
the number of monitors will be increased in some precincts

NGOs continue to call on the Central Election Commission to publicize the results in a prompt and timely manner so that avoid question marks as it was in the first round

They also talk about the importance of preventive measures in the pre-election period to have peaceful environment on the election day. NGOs will continue to observe the voting.
