The Ombudsman`s office examined the situation in the institutions for people with disabilities. According to the report, many of individualservices are limited to these people , the violations of rights and discriminatory treatment was revealed. The monitoring was conducted in five facilities for people with disabilities .

"The most frustrating is that the fact of deaths of three people had place in these institutions. In two of the cases the investigation is underway, but these investigations are rather prolonged. The risks should be minimized, "- said Nanuashvili.
