Military expert, former commander of the Air Force Amiran Salukvadze spoke about Krtsanisi training center incident and changed position of Giga Shengelia`s father and stated that the Ministry of Defense would conduct the investigation in the right direction.

"I do not see any motivation for the Defence to conduct the investigation in the wrong direction. There is no interest, "- said Amiran Salukvadze.

According to him, none of the military facilities have been equipped with modern security systems yet . Amiran Salukvadze says the reason is the huge costs .

Salukvadze, noted that there are problems in the General Staff.

"There are problems in the General Staff and this is not a problem that emerged today, it has accumulated over the years and hopefully, the defense minister and the political leadership will work in this direction, but it does not refer specifically to this fact and the guard`s action," - said Amiran Salukvadze.

He said that the guard acted according to the regulations.

"For such cases not to happen we should defend our territory with modern technologies," - said Salukvadze.
