A second round of elections is underway in Kutaisi. The voter turnout in the second round is low compared to the first round.

The Election Commission members let inked voters to vote for the second time at the 23th polling station in Kutaisi. The decision was made by 5 members of commission against 3 . As they claim, the voter could be inked in the first round of elections.

United National Movement states that it was a fact of violation. Gigi Tsereteli hopes that the situation will not become more tense in the afternoon.
