The questioning is related to illegal obtaining of data from the personal computer system and dissemination of personal conversations.

The Interior Ministry launched an investigation into dissemination of personal conversations on the Internet between Nika Gvaramia and Mamuka Akhvlediani. However, the lawyers doubt that the case will be opened.

"We informed the investigative body with regard to the questions which they may have in connection with the record of the conversation of Nika Gvaramia and Mamuka Akhvlediani. As Nika Gvaramia said, the information was illegall obtained from his computer. We really do not hope that this investigation will be followed by real results, given the fact that in the past illegal actions were carried out against Nika Gvaramia many times but none of the cases has been opened , "- said the lawyer, Dmitry Sadzaglishvili.
