Supreme Court turned down "Rustavi 2" motion -case will be discussed without oral hearing

The Supreme Court will consider Rustavi 2 case on merits on November 21 as Rustavi 2 lawyers were notified by the Court.

Rustavi 2 demanded that due to the high public interest the case be considered orally but the Supreme Court rejected the the motion.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers do not know when the court will make a decision. Decision deadline is January 25.
