As Giorgi Mshvenieradze claims, civil society and non-governmental organizations will do everything to protect the Broadcasting company. Giorgi Mshvenieradze believes that the cassation appeal, prepared by TV company Sakartvelo and Karamanishvili brothers, should be satisfied.

"I want to believe that the Supreme Court"s decision will be based on the Constitution and the law and the cassation appeal will be satisfied.

"It is impossible for a decent lawyer, honest judges, not to satisfy this appeal."- said Giorgi Mshvenieradze.
