Non-governmental organizations call on the Supreme Court to take objective decision on the case of Rustavi2. The Human rights  defenders believe that the ongoing dispute in regard to the broadcasting company  was politically motivated.

The third sector believes that the Supreme Court decision  will not question  freedom of speech and media independence .

Some media experts believe that  launch proceedings on the Rustavi2"s case at the Supreme Court is linked to elections . According to them the ruling party tries to strengthen influence in the country.

NGOs also speak about the danger, which may be caused by changes of the   editorial policy .
