The non-governmental sector responded to the information that the Supreme Court is starting the consideration of Rustavi 2 suit on Monday and call on the Supreme Court to render an objective decision.

Human rights defenders believe that Rustavi2 case considerations in both instances were politically motivated.

The third sector believes that the decision of the Supreme Court should not put under question the freedom of speech and media independence in the country.
