US Deputy Ambassador responded to consideration of Rustavi2 case in the Supreme Court without oral hearing scheduled for Monday.

Nicholas Berliner says that different voices should be heard in democratic and pluralistic political environment.

"We have many times expressed our concerns with regard to Rustavi2. Our fundamental position has never changed. It is very important for democracy and pluralistic political life to have different voices and opinions . All these is provided by a free media environment," - said Deputy Ambassador Nicholas Berliner.
