Rustavi 2 demands to lifting a seizure. The lawyers have appealed to the Supreme Court with an appeal three days before proceeding begins.
Almost a year and a half have passed since Rustavi2 works under a severe financial pressure,. The Lawyers explain that seizure of the company’s assets is illegal.
Rustavi-2 has yet to receive a reasoned judgment from the court .
Zaza Bibilashvili, TV Sakartvelo"s lawyer demanded the reasoned judgment from the court today.
The Supreme Court will launch discussion on Karamanishvili brother"s appeal on Monday.
