Former member of Free Democrats and now the member of the now government, Viktor Dolidze has changed his position with regard to Rustavi 2.

State Minister for European Integration, Victor Dolidze, said that the media in the country was free like never before while Rustavi case was a legal dispute, which had to be considered by the Court. Dolidze no longer has question marks regarding the trial process

"This is the subject of the court and I am sure that the right judgment will be issued. I As a member of now-government I cannot make other statement and will refran form commenting. Rustavi 2 had much changed so many owners that this is the issue to be considered by the Court. The media in the country is free as never and it is not disputed even by Rustavi 2, "- Viktor Dolidze.

The minister for refugees Sozar Subari agrees with Dolidze and says that this dispute between individuals, which the government can not interfere into.

The United National Movement members say that the Supreme Court will issue decision on November 30 s in favor of Kibar Khalvashi. Helen Khoshtaria says that judges are being pressured.

"We have received information that on November 30 the Goverment is planning to seize the Rustavi 2; there is pressure on judges, Tsulukiani,Tadumadze , Gventadze and Partskhaladze are involved in intimdating the judges," - said the MP Khoshtaria.
