" I believe that Rustavi-2 belong to Jarji Akimidze, Davit Dvali and Erosi Kitsmarishvili . this is my personal opinion, but the trial is underway and the court will make a decision,"- said Levan Koberidze, the MP in regard to the Rustavi2"s case.

According to Levan Koberidzle,only the case of Rustavi2 can not determine Freedom of speech in Georgia.

United National Movement claims that the US State Department has underlined that the editorial independence of Rustavi2 should not be restricted .
