New detailes on the Rustavi2 case. The broadcasting company"s lawyers have received a judgment from Eka Gasitashvili"s Chamber and they already know arguments about why the case was assigned to the Grand Chamber.

In a 139-page report eight pages are devoted to the justification of why the decision by a three-judge panel has sent the case to the Grand Chamber.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers claim that the most important detail in the report is the fact that the Supreme Court ruled out to necessity of definition of the procedural norms, including institute of recusal, because none of the instances have satisfied any of Rustavi2"s motions and misinterpreted the norm on recusal. It is possible that the previous decisions of the courts may be revised. It will happen in the case if the Grand Chamber finds that the Rustavi 2"s case was considered by the illegal composition of judges. " - said Tamta Rukhadze.
