A Secretary of the Supreme Council of Justice speaks about details on Rustavi2"s case. Levan Murusidze has discussed with journalists the council"s attitude towards the reasoned judgment of the board of Supreme Court and the practice, which exists in the judiciary.

As Levan Murusidze claims, the Supreme Council is not interested in defamatory statements , accordingly the accusations have not been discussed.

Levan Murusidze makes another announcement on the possible pressure in judges, performed by Ivane Zardiashvili. He states that the allegation is not true and Zardiashvili had no communication with judges.

"In theory, there are three possibilities - the case may be returned to the Court of Appeals, Second- the decision of the Court of Appeals may remain unchanged and third- a Grand Chamber can take a new decision.

As for Chinchaladze"s contacts with Zardiashvili , Levan Murusidze claims that they are relatives and their meeting has nothing to do with those three judges, who make decision on the case of Rustavi2.
