The City Hall has received a new decision, according to which the vulnerable families will not receive utility vouchers from the executive body of the city and their electricity costs will be transferred directly to electricity company.

Therefore, families who were warming themselves by natural gas remain without subdsidies , because they used to distribute the money received from the City Hall on electricity and gas.

Regional Development Ministry said that the money for utility bills is often inappropriately used by citizens which generated the need for the changes.

City Council`s opposition criticizes the Mayor for this decision
