The residents of Rustaveli Avenueprotest against construction of the hotel.in the frames of Panorama Tbilisi project.

According to the residents, the hotel is being built in proximity to their house, The buiding in Rustaveli N1 is in the list of cultural heritage, the construction is threatening the century-old building.

Non-govermental orgnaizations think that the construction violates the rights of the residents.

Tbilisi City Hall believes that the project is in full compliance with the law .

Multi-million budget project envisages the construction of hotels, shopping centers, public gardens and recreation zones. Non-governmental organizations have held a number of rallies on various violations, but none of their demands were satisfied.
