Shadow governance, Éminence grise at the Patriarchate and dismissal of the Patriarch’s security service. These issues had to be discused at the sitting of the Synod today, However, after the meeting the Synod members say that they have not spoken about them.

As Archbishop of Tsilkani and Dusheti, Father Zosime underlined, only two issues have been discussed. These are canonization of Hegumenia Tamar Marjanishvili and hegumenia Nino Amilakhvari. A special commission was set up , which will regulate concrete issues in the resolution of the sitting.

According to the Synod members, all important issues will be announced by the Patriarchate with an official statement .
