Director of TV company Maestro, Ilia Kikabidze is going to appeal decision of the first instance court and appeal to the higher instance court . He disagrees with the judge`s decision which satisfied Gia Gachechiladze`s suit concerning the Maestro TV logo.

The court`s decision means that the judge deprived one of the founders of the channel of the copy rights for Maestro logo and handed it over to new owners.

The judge annulled the agreement signed betweenStudio Maestro and TV company Maestro according to which Ilia Kikabadze`s company received the Maestro logo free of charge . The protocol of the partners` meeting iby which the shareholders approved the decision has also been annuled

As the judge explained in announcing the decision, the then director of Maestro Baia Gadabadze was not entitled to grant to any other person the company`s assets, so that shareholders and partners were not aware of the deal.
