Media experts make statement on the union  of  three TV stations and focus on the role of the Government. Chairperson of the Media Development Foundation Board,Tamar Kintsurashvili said that media unification is directly related to the interests of Ivanishvili.

"There is a kind of concentration of media ownership, which is related to Ivanishvili`s family business, with the aim of having a single editorial policy in different media. The main guarantor of media pluralism remains Rustavi-2, which has a different editorial policy and hopefully this process will clarity the rules of the game, "- Kintsurashvili said.

Another expert, Tata Tsopurishvili, focused on the relevance of Rustavi 2 which does not exclude the possibility that the next target would be Rustavi 2.
