Mamuka Glonti speaks about another bona fida buyer of Maestro shares

According to Mamuka Glonti, Gia Gachechiladze can not sell 25% out of 55% of Maestro"s shares without his permission.

Accordingly, without these 25 % Ina Gudavadze can not own controlling stake of Maestro.

Mr. Glonti has mentioned that other bona fida buyer may t e interested in shares, which are owned by Mamuka Glonti, Maka Asatiani, Eka Akobia and Gia Gachechiladze.
