Maka Asatian has already made decision on selling Maestro shares. The lawyer Irakli Kordzakhia believes that in case there is no consent from Glonti and other shareholders the dispute will continue in the court and the issue will be resolved.in accordance with the law.

Glonti also said that a new investor may be able to pay more money and calls on Maka Asatiani not to sell her shares. Asatiani` lawyer, George Gventadze believes that it is wrong to talk about other deal today.

" Due to the recent developments, Maka Asatiani is in the minority and cannot influence decisions. Accordingly, in terms of business, having such shares is deprived of any sense, "- said Gvenetadze.
