Representatives of the judicial system spoke about challenges in the system at the Judicial Conference where the 2016 year was summarized. The officials say the most important problem is the lack of judges.

The issues that became the object of criticism last year were discussed during the meeting .

Court authorities and some of the judges do not share the criticism regarding lack of transparency in the selection of the judges . They also do not agree with the doubts and reservations of non-governmental organizations about any political influence in the judiciary.

Civil sector believes that the shortcomings in the judicial system will be reduced as a result of the third wave of reform but it will not eliminate the challenges.

Parliament approved the new regulations a few weeks ago. It is known that the the first phase,electronic distribution, will be launched in a pilot mode in the City Court
