Tamta Muradashvili, a lawyer of Rustavi2 comments on the so-called Judges" case, which is being investigated by the Prosecutor"s Office.
" It is impossible not to link this with a pressure, which we have been talking about for so long. Please note: This is the panel, which has been investigating our case. These two judges are in the panel, which was discussing our case for the whole night on November 21 and decided to hand this case to the Grand Chamber. We had doubt that these joudges somehow resisted pressure, managed to avoid responsibility, because they were pressured to make decision against Rustavi 2.

The information, released today shows us that they are investigating this case for a half month. These two judges0 Besarion Alavidze and Paata Katamadze have appealed to the Prosecutor’s Office and we hear that only today,;- said Tamta Muradashvili.
As Tamta Muradashvili states, the Prosecutor"s Office was obliged to publicize information about this investigation.
