The head of City Council Budget and Finance CommissionJaba Samushia responded to the fact that the brother of the judge in Rustavi 2 case was paid one million as a compensation for the plot of land located in the disaster zone. Samushia claims that over a year and a half the project to be implemented in the area has been developed. The project, according to Samushia, is aimed at changing the bed of the river Vere.

The Vice-mayor also undelined that the compensation was paid due to investment interest.
