Irakli Abesadze, a member of European Georgia- For Better Future demands to investigate link between one million GEl transferred to Nazghaidze family and decision on Rustavi2"s case.

" Nazghaidze"s plot was not meeting any of criteria for compensation. Moreover this plot belonged to Bank of Georgia in 13-14 June, 2015 so Nazghaidze had no rights on it. So it was Bank of Georgia, who became a victim , but Nazghaidze has received a compensation,"- said Irakli Abesadze.

In his opinion, this decision was made only because the plot was linked to the judge"s family member.
