Despite the opposition"s request, the prosecutor`s office has not yet started investigation on the fact of transfer of a million compensation by the City Hall to the family ofJ udge Nata Nazghaidze. However, Nazgaidze`s brother confirmed to the Couriervthat he had been to the Prosecutor`s Office for questioning.

It is unknown whether judge Nazghaidze and another participant of the case Chokheli will go to the Prosecutor`s office to whom Nazgaidze` brother will transfer the plot of land received from the City Hal. The registration process has already begun.

The information was disclosed by the member of "European Georgia - for a better future" fraction Irakli Abesade who was interrogated by the prosecution for three hours today.
