Director General of Rustavi 2 has been summoned for interrogation today at 10:30 to the Tbilisi City Court in connection with the so -called secret recordings.

The investigation addresses the court with a motion for his questioning as a witness in a trial before a judge after Gvaramia refused to go to criminal police due to distrust and asked for questioning by the court.

Lawyers say once again that illegally obtained recordings can`t be used as evidence.They do not exclude the detention of Gvaramia and focuse on the statements made by the ruling against Rustavi 2 and Nika Gvaramia.

"Nika Gvaramia will answer all the questions that will be asked , but at the moment I can not imagine what other questions can be asked after the first questioning by the Interior Ministry. as we have alreaay provided them with comprehensive information, tha we had in connection with illegal extraction of video recording, including unauthorized access to our computer system. Due to the fact that the government has already crossed all the red lines and the number of illegal actionshave been carried out against Rustavi 2, I do not rule out that Nika Gvaramia may be detained , "- said Dito Sadzaglishvili.
