" This is not polite,"- confrontation between MPs

Hearing of Nino Gvenetadze"s report has gone into the confrontation at the sitting of the Human Rights Committee in parliament.

Questions from opposition caused controversy. The opposition had questions about Rustavi2 "s case, alleged pressure on judges and Mikheil Chinchaladze, a deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court.

" You criticize the previous government often and sometimes rightly, that the judiciary was subordinated to the prosecutor"s office, it was Mr. Chinchladze, who was implementing all illegal assignments. Now he is a Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court and does the same. Do not you have trouble with it?"- addressed Nika Melia, a member of United National Movement (UNM) to Nino Gvenetadze.

Pati Khalvashi, a Georgian Dream member has commented on the case of Rustavi2 , underlining that the proceeding is underway and everyone should wait for the Judges" decision.

" Has anybody ever stated that Rustavi2 should be closed or it should suspend broadcasting ? why do you want to spread a false information? Rustavi2 has always been a political tool in hands of one political party and you continue to deliver violence and lies,"- said Pati Khalvashi. Nika Melia called her on to be interested wir Mr. Chinchaladze"s case, on which sopho Kiladze asked to turn off Nika Melia;s microphone.

" We gave you time to response. Please, observe rules. United National Movement talked for so long, We gave you time, Although not agree with you. It is not polite," - said Sopho Kiladze.
