Media experts do not have expectations of a fair decion of the Supreme Court on Rustavi 2 case.

The trial of a high-profile case without an hearing is unacceptable for them.

Chairperson of Media Development Foundation Board, Tamar Kintsurashvili said that it is necessary to issue a specific exception and allowed the parties to present their arguments at the trial.

"It is important that judges realize the responsibilities that are associated with this decision, because they are dealing with the fate only one station. This is related to our country`s democratic development, "- Kintsurashvili said.

However, media experts still hope that the Grand Chamber will have the judges who would take an objective decision.
