"No one had any reason to expect that the Supreme Court would really discuss the case and issue a fair judgment," - this is how the representative of European Georgia, David Bakradze, responded to the decision of the Supreme Court.

"This is very serious result , not only it was proved once again that the Georgian justice system is completely controlled by the oligarch and the government, but today they have broken the last hope that a fair decision can be taken by the government and the judiciary system," - Bakradze stated.

"All their actions and all their comments indicate that there are no sensible people in the government, who would contradict this decision," - he stated.
Bakradze also noted that this fight for Rustavi-2s is a challenge for the society.
