"From now on this case is called "Rustavi2", that is, the "National Movement" - this statement was made by one of the leaders of the parliamentary majority, Mamuka Mdinaradze, in response to the decision of the Ruropean Court on Rustavi 2 case.

Mamuka Mdinaradze called the decision of the European court as a challenge to the Georgian Court.

The Chairman of the Parliament, Irakli Kobakhidze said that Georgia will win this case.

Kobakhidze said this is a case against Georgia and their obligation is to defend the country`s prestige including the image of such institutions as the General Court and the Supreme Court.
