Prime Minister commented on the decision of the Strasbourg court on Rustavi2 case during his official visit to Italy .

He reiterated that the Rustavi 2 case was a dispute between two private parties and the European Court of Human Rights will consider this case in this light.

"This issue is being exaggerated and politicized from the beginning," - Giorgi Kvirikashvili said.

He said it was a normal legal process, in which the Ministry of Justice is involved procedurally.
