Representatives of civil society speak about an announcement, made by Archil Talakvadze this morning.
Tornike Sharashenidze, the expert states that after the Strasbourg Court decision the government has a serious shock.
Mr. Sharashenidze pays attention on ruling party members" those announcements , where they say that the case is Rustavi2 against Georgia and underlines that emphasizing it is a shame.
"The Prime Minister said that this is a dispute between two entities, the leader of parliamentary majority claims that this is UNM against Georgia and the Justice Minister says that this is Rustavi2 against Georgia. Speaking seriously, seems that the government has a serious shock after the developments in Strasbourg,"- says Tornike Sharashenidze.
Eka Gigauri, The Executive director of Transparency International- Georgia advices the ruling team to give detailed and clear information to the Prime Minister.
" The Prime Minister should have the information that their are no private disputes in Strasbourg. The fact that Strasbourg extended interim measures means that they do not trust our judiciary system,"- said Eka Gigauri.
