Kakha Kaladze, the Vice PM of Georgia speaks about the case of Rustavi 2 and letter , sent to Giorgi Kvirikashvili by the European MPS. As Mr. Kaladze claims, he is familiar with the contest, however, does not agree with it.

"I know the content of the letter, therefore, our answer will be presented in the coming days. I still adhere to my opinion,media is not under threat in Georgia under our government. If there are any shortcomings, they should be rectified. We have do a lot in order to go forward. Statements that media is under terror are lie ,"- said Kakhi Kaladze.

The Vice Prime Minister does not rule out that European MPs may have wrong information about media environment in the country.
